What services do you offer?

I offer individual psychotherapy to people aged 13+ that want to participate in the therapy process. I utilize a variety of modalities to ensure a person’s unique self and situation are accounted for. Typically, the sessions run 53 minutes but timing can be discussed based on treatment.
Are you virtual only?

Currently, yes! But I am hoping to expand to in office sessions around the Syracuse area! I hope to see you in person soon!
What insurances do you take?

I am currently paneled with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and Highmark insurances through Headway. If I don’t currently take your insurance, I also offer superbills to those with Out of Network benefits for repayment. Currently I am working to panel with Excellus BCBS. I charge $150 for self pay individual sessions. Contact me with any questions!
